Sam and Dawnie makeouts

Dawn blushes too. "Yeah, you picked it up right at the same time Pris did... I'm sorry to have kept that from you so long, Sam. But I really, really do love you." She is still not looking away from her feet.

He puts his arm around her shoulder and pulls her close
"hey...its okay..... i uh.. understand why you did. I really do. and, it just all makes sense now.. all of it. I should have noticed before.."

She leans into him and smiles. "You're so sweet, Sam. And, hum... there is slightly more..."
He smiles back "thanks Dawn.. and slightly more? what else ?"

"Well, like I said, Pris understood too... And we talked about it... And she... I mean we..." Dawn is now the color of a firemen truck.

Sam sees her blush, and his brain starts to click into high gear, he thinks he understands... what is going on. He blushes red as well. He is going to test the waters... "... is this the Team Derse thing Priss mentioned to me? she didnt say what it was... only that it it important"

Sam didn't think Dawn could go any redder. He was wrong. "yes... she told me that... we could all... then we kissed... But it's only if you want to..."
Sam gently puts his hand on her chin, and pulls her into a kiss. His lips touch hers, and his hands migrate into a hug around her body

Her hands automatically go to his shoulders, as she wraps them around his neck. She just forgot all the shame, the embarrassment, the months of frustration... It is just the best moment of her life, way better then anything she could have imagined. Way better than anything she could have thought possible. She knows she'll cherish this moment in her heart for the rest of her life.

Sam kisses Dawn, as he holds her close to him, feeling the rise and fall of her breath, the beat of her heart. He slips his tongue into her mouth and kisses her deeply. He isnt going to lie, its not like he hasnt thought of it before, he always cared about Dawn, and, now they can all be together, in a three person couple. The true realization of Team Derse, no longer a group of friends, but a group of lovers, and as he sits there, Dawn in his arms, he knows that they will all be okay.

As he pushes the kiss further, she let him, and get bolder herself. She feels right in her place, finally, she can be happy as well, with both Pris and Sam... She couldn't ask for anything more.

He moves his hand to her head, feeling her blond hair between his fingers. All the fighting, ill feelings, all the strife and angst, it all melts away, in the sea of emotion and love. He knows that everything will work out, no matter what. He continues the passionate kiss, his glasses fogging from their combined breath

While she is kissing him, if thinks of the stupidity of what she did. And that's over. She'll never keep secrets anymore. She's just going to trust her friends, trust everyone to be the great people they are. She continues the kiss, feeling short of air but without minding the slightest bit. Who needs air anyway ?
